NEVER Double Book a Meeting Room Again!

Once you enter the space that is available and begin entering your specs on the data tab, the spreadsheet will double check that the space you have assigned is available.  If it is not available or if it has been double booked, an error will show detailing what the problem is.

COLOR CODE Each Meeting by Meeting Type!

You have the ability to choose your meeting types – such as office, meals, general sessions, breakouts, etc.  Once you have defined these on the settings tab and assigned a color to each, the schedule will populate each meeting with their corresponding color so you can better show what is happening in each room.  If you do not assign  a meeting type to a meeting in the data tab, it will give you an error for that meeting.

UPDATE the Schedule With Just a Click!

If you update the data tab, just click on the schedule tab, choose the date and it will automatically update with your edits

Once you have populated the data tab, you can see the schedule by day on the schedule tab.  The meetings will be color coded by meeting type and will show the meeting name.  You can hover over the meeting and it will give more info, including the meeting type and start and end times.
